Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) in Tanzania has been recognized as one of only eight companies in Tanzania certified as Top Employers for 2025 by the Top Employers Institute.
CCBA received the certification at both the regional Africa level and country level for its operations in Tanzania, Uganda, South Africa, and Ethiopia.
According to CCBA in Tanzania’s Acting General Manager, Jonathan Jooste, this recognition highlights the company’s commitment to fostering a people-first culture.
“CCBA’s continued market success in Tanzania and our status as the largest bottler on the continent of beloved Coca-Cola brands are key differentiators,” said Jooste.
Jooste emphasized the company’s focus on nurturing potential, attracting and retaining high-performing talent, and investing in employee growth.
“Our people are passionate about learning, committed to caring for others, and driven to make an impact. This certification reflects the strength of our commitment to being an employer of choice,” he added.
Jooste congratulated CCBA’s leaders and employees, attributing the achievement to their dedication and hard work.
About the Top Employers Certification
The certification is based on the Top Employers Institute’s HR Best Practices Survey, which assesses organizations on criteria such as people strategies, work environments, talent development, and employee well-being.
